We stand behind the functionality and craftsmanship of our products. Every eligible purchase is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying functional defects for one year from the original date of purchase.

If something that should work stops working due to a covered defect, we're here to help.

What’s Covered

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers functional defects that affect the normal use of your bag, including:

• Zipper failure
• Broken handles
• Broken or detached straps
• Hardware failure
• Other manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended

Coverage applies when the issue occurs under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, accidents, improper care, or external causes, including:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, scuffs, stains, fading, or discoloration
• Natural changes in the appearance or texture of materials
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Damage caused by misuse, excessive loading, improper storage, or improper care
• Accidental damage, including cuts, burns, water damage, or impact
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Lost or stolen products

Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur as part of the material and manufacturing process and are not considered functional defects.

How Long Is the Warranty?

Warranty coverage lasts for one year from the original purchase date.

The warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from our official website or authorized sales channels.

Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty request.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a functional issue with your product, please contact our Customer Care team.

To help us review your request efficiently, please provide:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos showing the affected area
4. A short video if the problem involves a zipper, closure, strap, or other moving component

Our team will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

What Happens After Approval?

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate warranty solution based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

For qualifying functional defects, this may include a replacement product or another suitable resolution at no product cost to you.

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

In some cases, we may ask you to return the affected product before a replacement is issued.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting Customer Care and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Warranty Review

Every warranty request is reviewed individually.

Submitting a warranty request does not automatically guarantee approval. Coverage is determined based on the condition of the product, the nature of the issue, purchase information, and the terms of this Limited Warranty.

We may request additional photos, videos, or information when necessary to properly evaluate a claim.
