Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with MUY LOTTA.If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, dust bag, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please contact us at gangliantrading@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MUY LOTTA is not responsible for lost return packages.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or customized products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
